The Mysofa warranty is personal to you, the original purchaser. lt cannot be transferred to anyone else and is only applicable while you are resident in the Place of delivery. The Mysofa warranty begins on the date that you receive your product and continues for.
How long is delivery?

My sofas are designed with high-density foam and compression technology. Unlike traditional frame sofas, they are packed into compact boxes. The packages are not heavy, making them easy to transport and move into your home.
Do l need tools to assemble my sofa?
Forget tools! My sofa is compressed as a single unit. Here's all you need to do: Open the box, gently remove the protective bag (please avoid sharp objects to prevent scratches), and then let the magic happen. In just a short time, your complete sofa will be ready. For best results, please allow 72 hours after unpacking for the sofa to fully fluff up before using it. This short patience will greatly benefit its comfort and lifespan.

It's completely optional. We craft My sofas to be exceptionally stain-resistant and durable, fully confident they will serve you beautifully for more than 5 years. To further back our quality, we offer a renewal service—our promise to provide you with a free new sofa after 5 years.
